The Vision of Lazarus - Visions of Educational Unity and Programs of Art/Live Up Art, Inc. is to develop an educational, economical and spiritual community presence through the utilization of the Arts.
Our Educational Program, which includes an After School Program, helps provide a safe haven for youth during the hours between 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM -- the prime time for getting involved in negative behavior. Activities are art-based.

Another phase of the Educational Plan is to develop a Charter School, encompassing pre-school through sixth grade. The school will provide a Discipline-based Art curriculum dealing with the 3-R's, utilizing the Montessori Technique of teaching.

Economically, our intentions are to establish in the mid-town area, housing that caters to individuals with artistic talents. Provide apartments, lofts, etc. where the artist can live and work, gift shops, restaurants, galleries, clubs where artists can display, perform and sell their works to an audience that has chosen to seek out the artists and the area -- thereby, encouraging a tourist destination which positively impacts the tourism industry.

Spiritual Development will come with the understanding that the arts are the basis of spirituality. Developing an artistic understanding puts an individual in touch with God. The true artist understands that life is not exclusive, it is inclusive and all forms of life are interrelated and deserves to be respected, shared and nurtured. Our vision shall come to fruition, through prayer and hard work by a team of visionaries.
