Encourage a Positive Attitude

Leon Fox

While at the Art Center, we encourage our students to live on a positive vain.

There are nine principals we expect our participants to abide by:

  1. Respect the rights of others.
  2. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
  3. No name calling, fighting, or being disrespectful to fellow students or instructors.
  4. Help others when possible.
  5. Respect other people's property and do not touch or use another's property without first getting their permission.
  6. Do not waste anything, only use what is need to accomplish the goal.
  7. Always clean up after yourself, if you make a mess, clean it.
  8. Be thorough, do your best in whatever you do. Approach with diligence and complete each task attempted.
  9. If you don't understand (something), ask questions until you do understand.

These rules are to be adhered to and if you don't abide by them, you will not be able to participate in the program.

For the young men in the building:
No pants below your waist
No skull caps on your head
while participating in any Live Up Art activities

Art is Important
